Software Price Depends on the features involved.
The software price of the full featured iWayMail Server with WebMail, building level administration and client monitoring is $3,500.
The software price for the single school iWayMail Server with WebMail is $1250
Installation
There is no charge for the installation of iWayMail software on an iTECH provided hardware.
Remote
installation and installation support on District hardware is at regular service rates with an
estimated time of 4 to 8 hours.
The administrative data base conversion is charged at regular service rates.
Remote, on-site and customizing installation services are also available .
Hardware
The hardware required will be quoted based on storage, number of users, network configuration, backup policies and anticipated growth.
Typically, iWayMail is available on a SUN Netra X1 rack mounted server hardware that comes with a 20 GByte disk. This hardware with installation is available for $1,500. This hardware package is suitable for individual schools or small Districts.
Maintenance
A maintenance fee of 15% of the software cost per year provides updates of the software and telephone support.
