• Reject Email from known spam delivery sites using a District control list.

• Reject to individual's spam mailbox mail "from" the individual's 'unwanted from" list

• Reject Email from forged network addresses

• Reject Email from dial in machines

Reject Spam based on the mail address: 

• Reject to a dedicated spam mailbox, all mail not addressed to the correct addresses (90% of spam is addressed to  "Resident")

• Allow for receipt of mailing list material from List Server sources including mail from the iWayMail Mail List Server

• Allow for receipt of mail forwarded from other mail servers to this address

• Use threshold levels of spam indicator phrases to reject spam to the individual's spam mail box.

• Optionally reject attachments (Mime) types with virus potential, ie exe, active X

• Interface to Virus Scanner with optional Virus Scanner partner.

• If a virus or harmful spam Email is discovered, the Administrator can scan the entire iWayMail Storage to determined if copies of the same have been delivered to any account

• The Administrator can then  remove all copies of a known spam or virus Emails in seconds.
